22live, the UK’s next-generation pro-audio service provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Aaron Boothe as Hire Project Manager and James Rose as Service and Manufacturing Manager.

Aaron Boothe – Hire Project Manager
A well-known name in the pro-audio industry, Aaron brings extensive experience as a sound engineer, production manager, and the founder of his own loudspeaker brand, Aaron B. With a strong reputation among touring professionals, Aaron has been trusted to deliver some of the biggest tours and live events.
Aaron has been working with 22live as a Hire Consultant since 2022, collaborating to support his vast network of hire clients. Now, as Hire Project Manager, he steps into a full-time role, overseeing projects and ensuring 22live continues to provide industry-leading hire services.

James Rose – Service and Manufacturing Manager
Joining the team in January 2025, James has taken on a full-time role as Service and Manufacturing Manager, where he will oversee the servicing of rental stock and management of internally manufactured stock.
James has been working with 22live on a freelance basis since early 2023 and brings with him nearly 20 years of technical electrical experience in the industry. His deep knowledge and hands-on expertise make him a key asset to 22live’s service and manufacturing operations, ensuring that all equipment is maintained to the highest standards.
