Andi Appleby Joins as Warehouse Supervisor
In June 2023, we welcomed Andi as our Warehouse Supervisor. With 13 years of experience in building facilities and fabrications at a major UK live events company, Andi brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to 22live. His role is crucial in supporting the warehouse operations, ensuring that our equipment and logistical processes are maintained at the highest standards. His arrival marks a significant strengthening of our operational backbone.
Chris Wilcock Elevates from Freelancer to Full-Time Technician
Having worked with us on a freelance basis throughout 2023, Chris officially joined our team as a full-time Technician in November 2024, following the completion of his Sound Engineering degree at Birmingham City University. Chris has demonstrated exceptional skill and versatility, adeptly handling equipment preparation in our warehouse and serving as an integral crew member on-site. His full-time engagement marks a significant addition to our technical capabilities. The appointment also demonstrates 22live’s commitment to recognising up and coming talent to support the next generation of audio professionals.
Helen Eden, Our New Accounts Manager
In January 2024, Helen stepped into the role of Accounts Manager. Her transition from a prominent position in the UK's Pro-Audio sector, where she excelled in the accounts team, brings a new level of financial acumen to our team. Helen's impressive interpersonal skills, combined with her extensive experience, make her an invaluable asset in managing our financial operations. Her expertise is instrumental in ensuring the financial health and success of 22live.
These strategic appointments follow our previous announcement about James Gebhard joining as Technical Supervisor and Aaron Boothe as a Hire Consultant, forming part of our larger initiative to expand and enhance our team's expertise. With these new additions, 22live is poised to deliver even more dynamic and high-quality live events, underscoring our reputation in the industry.
